Coming in the summer of 2023: A History of Your Favorite Pennsylvania Dutch Foods and Culinary Customs: A Taste of Germany – two exhibits to tantalize your taste buds!  Your Favorite Pennsylvania Dutch Foods will trace the origins of traditional recipes of Pennsylvania Dutch such as pot pie, scrapple, and potato filling through objects, photographs, manuscripts, and memories. We will be comparing and contrasting our Pennsylvania culinary heritage with that of Germany with a special borrowed panel exhibit from the German-American Heritage Center and Museum in Davenport, Iowa.
