As a longtime friend of local food historian Nancy Roan, Alice Wolfgang was honored to be asked to assist the Heritage Center in transcribing Nancy’s research. Combining two of Nancy’s classic notecard presentations, this slide show will be an opportunity to hear about the Pennsylvania Dutch culinary traditions that she preserved for us.
