Services and fees (effective 7/1/2025)
Fees for Research Requests
Fees cover record retrieval, a scan or paper copy of one page if appropriate, and mailing or emailing results. If the research leads to scan of more than one page costs will be incurred according to chart below.
For up to one hour of research time $25
One-year research subscription $75
This fee entitles the subscriber to five hours of research time from us within a twelve-month period from time of payment.
Self-service photocopies
Self-service photocopying for research purposes is permitted with staff approval. Many materials are sensitive and cannot be photocopied. Seek staff assistance if you need a photocopy of an item from our archive. Photocopies of manuscripts and bound materials printed before 1900 are not permitted.
Photocopies are $.25 per sheet, either legal or letter size.
Microfilm
Copies from microfilm are permitted with staff approval, for personal and research use only. The cost is $.25 per sheet, either legal or letter size.
Reproduction Fees
*Note that not all collection items can be digitized based on condition and size.
Scan of material already digitized Free
Scan of material not digitized $10 per image minimum; consult with Hunt for exact price based upon type of item and number of pages
Reproduction on paper $10 per image
Rush order, to be fulfilled within one week An additional $25
Usage Fees
Please submit this form for permission to publish to hunt@schwenkfelder.org.To publish an image online or in print, for a reason other than listed above, there may be an additional fee to the reproduction fee.

For-profit $250 per image
