We’re Talkin’ Local Baseball
In the hallway between the Dolloff Local History Gallery and the Library Reading Room is a fascinating exhibit about the history of local baseball. Created by student intern Olivia Schoenly, this exhibit explores the teams formed in Pennsburg, East Greenville, and Red Hill beginning in 1885. Click on the six pages below to read about all of the teams, their prominent players, and fields. The photographs and artifacts in the exhibit cases belong to the Heritage Center. Please stop in and see them!
